Volcana Coffee ("we", "us") is a specialty coffee exporter with its head office at No. 16 Harcourt Road, Room 4308, Admiralty, Hong Kong, and a branch at Road 13, Pakse 16000, Laos. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through volcanacoffee.com.

When you submit our contact or sample-request forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, country, and message. We also use Google Analytics, which collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through cookies.

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry — arranging samples, quotes, and export documentation. Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are accessible only to Volcana Coffee staff. The website is served by Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out tools; the site works fully without them.

Your rights
